Monday: Fell of bike, bruised L hip - sore.

Total: 20.7M

Missed the usual Tuesday run as leg was sore, then did a slow Thursday run which felt fine. Sunday - jogged to and from PECO. Race was hard but enjoyable

Aims

No specific aims this year, just to try and run a bit more (and a bit better) than last year. 1,000 miles seems a reasonable target, I think.

To help me along the way, I thought a blog might keep me on the straight and narrow.

I would ideally like to do a sub 3:30 marathon, and/or a sub 6:30 (or more likely a sub 7:00) Round Ripon Ultra. And maybe something longer. But who knows...
