Overall, happy with the past 20 weeks. Missing a couple of weeks doesn't seem to have done any harm. Last weeks rest felt good.

Garmin measured 51.4 miles. Pleased with the result. Miles 30 to 40 seemed like hard work, otherwise OK. Felt quite strong over the last 10 miles.
