Final week - run Tuesday (possibly Thursday) then rest.

Overall, happy with the past 20 weeks. Missing a couple of weeks doesn't seem to have done any harm. Last weeks rest felt good.

Garmin measured 51.4 miles. Pleased with the result. Miles 30 to 40 seemed like hard work, otherwise OK. Felt quite strong over the last 10 miles.

Tues and Thurs didn't try at all. Sunday went very well. Approx 25/5 splits at 10/15-20 pace. Stayed consistent until the end.
